How do I download my resources?
After checkout you go straight to a download page, and we email your links. Members can also download from their account at any time.
What is the difference between a single setting and a whole school licence?
A single setting licence covers one teacher, classroom or childminding setting. A whole school licence lets every practitioner across one school or nursery site use the resource, and costs three times the single price.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Prices are set in UAE dirhams (AED). You can switch to British pounds (GBP) next to any price. Pound prices are converted at 1 GBP = 4.91 AED and rounded up to the next 10p.
How do discount codes work?
Enter your code in the basket or at checkout. Codes may apply to certain categories, need a minimum spend or exclude sale items. Only one code can be used per order.
Can I get a refund on a digital download?
Because files are delivered instantly, refunds are handled case by case. If a file is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will put it right.
Do you offer invoices for schools?
Yes. Schools and nurseries buying a Setting Membership or several whole school licences can request an invoice through the contact page.
Are the resources suitable for British curriculum schools in the UAE?
Yes. Resources follow the EYFS framework used by British curriculum nurseries and schools across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE, and can be paid for in AED.
What is play-based learning?
Play-based learning is an approach where children learn through meaningful, hands-on play. Adults plan rich environments, notice children's interests and join in thoughtfully, so curiosity drives learning across communication, physical, social and thinking skills.
What does continuous provision mean in the early years?
Continuous provision is the set of resources and areas that are always available for children to use independently, such as sand, water, construction, mark making and the outdoor area. It lets children revisit, practise and extend their learning in their own way.
What is included in All Access Membership?
Membership includes every paid resource in the shop (15 resources worth over AED 144 today), new resources every month and member-only planning packs.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Monthly and annual memberships can be cancelled at any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Can I pay for membership in AED?
Yes. Membership is priced in UAE dirhams. Switch to pounds next to any price and you will be billed in GBP instead.
Is there a membership for a whole school or nursery?
Yes. The Setting Membership covers up to 8 practitioners with a whole school licence on every resource. Schools can request invoice payment.
Do member downloads stay mine after I cancel?
Resources you have already downloaded can still be used in your setting under the licence terms. New downloads need an active membership.
